At M938 Ministries, we advance the Great Commission in Sierra Leone by reaching the unreached with the gospel, renewing new believers in sound doctrine, raising biblically qualified leaders, and releasing them to plant and shepherd multiplying local churches. Rooted in Matthew 9:38 and guided by Ephesians 4:12, we equip national pastors through training and field mentoring so leaders serve their own communities and guard the truth (Titus 1:9; 1 Timothy 3; Acts 14:23; 2 Timothy 2:2).

Our Ministry Pipeline

In partnership with Global Surge, we follow a strategic pipeline that ensures sustainable Gospel-centered growth:

• Reach: Sharing the message of salvation with those who have never heard it.
  • Conducting evangelistic outreaches in remote villages.
  • Using innovative tools like solar-powered audio Bibles to share God’s Word with non-literate communities.
  • Youth camps, medical missions, Jesus Films, etc.
• Renew: Discipling believers to grow in their faith and integrate into healthy church communities.
  • Leading small group Bible studies.
  • Providing discipleship resources and programs.
• Raise: Equipping leaders with Biblical training and leadership skills.
  • Training pastors and church leaders through workshops, conferences, and mentorship.
  • Launching Global Life University-Sierra Leone to provide formal theological education and leadership training.
• Release: Sending leaders to plant and sustain new churches.
  • Supporting church planters with ongoing mentorship and prayer.
  • Empowering national leaders to lead Gospel-centered ministries in their communities.

Our Core Ministries:

Evangelism and Outreach
We conduct medical missions, youth camps, and community events to share the Gospel and meet physical and spiritual needs. By engaging with unreached areas, we bring hope and transformation to the lost.

Leadership Training
We believe in empowering Sierra Leonean leaders to take ownership of Gospel ministry. Through partnerships with organizations like Global Surge and Global Life University, we provide pastors and ministry workers with the tools they need to lead effectively.

Church Planting and Discipleship
Our goal is to establish self-sustaining churches led by national pastors. We disciple new believers, train leaders, and support church planters to ensure these churches thrive and multiply.

Creative Ministries
We engage diverse groups and make the Gospel accessible to everyone, regardless of literacy or background, through programs like sports outreach, youth camps, and solar-powered audio Bibles.

Partnership with Global Surge
Our partnership with Global Surge enhances our ministry efforts by integrating innovative outreach tools, leadership development programs, and community engagement strategies. Together, we focus on sustainable growth that transforms lives and empowers local leaders to carry the Gospel forward.
